Sheffield is a City in South Yorkshire. It is noted for its striving massage parlour scene. Other nearby cities such as: Manchester and Leeds have suffered from stringent police action that led to the closure of most parlours in those areas. Both Manchester and Leeds have a good variety of independent escorts and agencies though. The standard rate for a basic 30 minute service in Sheffield is £45. Attercliffe Parlours

Attercliffe is one of the main parlour locations. The area has relatively low rent costs, is linked by main roads and due to it being largely industrial has only a small amount of residential accommodation (which helps avoid public complaints) - all of these factors make it popular with parlour owners.

37 Cavendish Street, Sheffield, S3 7RZ, (0114) 2724461. Had a Full Sized Swimming Pool. Property was owned by the Duke of Devonshires Estates. Pulled down to make way for the new "West.One" Apartment Tower Block.


Arabian Nites
Based near Doncaster. After being closed for a long time, this parlour was re-branded under new ownership and became Katie's Moulin Rouge.


Aries
184 Barnsley Road, Abbeyfield Park, Sheffield, S4 7AF. (0114) 2561032. Flat above a Shop. 2 Rooms. New name, for Churchill's / CATS. Yet another mysterious fire, in a growing Muslim population area. Now a Private Home.


Athena Sauna Suite
Not to be confused with the current Athena Massage. This was a popular parlour in the 1980s and was based at, 115 - 117 Wolseley Road, Highfield, Sheffield, S8 0ZT. (0114) 2589814 / (0114) 2584336. Now a Fabric Store for Muslim Women's Clothing.


Bamboo Rooms
268 - 270 Sheffield Road, Tinsley, Sheffield, S9 1RD. Had an appalling reputation including rumours of Girls not being free to leave the premises. Also having to sleep on site. New owner gave Building a makeover, now trading as "Sabai Rooms".


Bentleys
Parlour based in Sharrow area. www.bentleysmassage.co.uk All the Ladies were named after cars. eg. Porsche, Lexus, Ferrari, Mercedes, etc.


Bird of Paradise
70 Attercliffe Road, Norfolk Bridge, Sheffield, S4 7WW. One of the Premier 24 hour parlours of the 80's. But only a 6 hour time limit for using the facilities. Now "Winchester Cars Ltd".


Bluebelles

  • (1) Attercliffe - 73A Worksop Road, Darnall, Sheffield, S9 3TG. Very highly rated at this address. Moved circa 2008(?)
  • (2) City Road - 202 City Road, Norfolk Park, Sheffield, S2 5HP. Moved to this site from previous Darnall location.
  • (3) Crystal Peaks - Possibly stopped using this location in 2015.


The Box Office
The same venue as Omega. Based in Attercliffe. It was marketed as a Gentlemen's Club and included lapdancing and pool tables as well as sexual services. The owner was actually jailed for tax fraud and "cooking the books". The parlour would have closed around 2009, the reviews of the girls remained mixed and had a large number of Eastern Europeans working there. One of the owner's fatal mistakes was having a cashpoint on premises.

Butterflies
8 - 10 Worksop Road, Attercliffe, Sheffield, S9 3TJ. Had a small fire, and was sold. New owners gutted and completely refurbished the interior. Re-opened as GFE Massage


Caesars
32 Corporation Street, Sheffield, S3 8RP. (0114) 2755219. Almost directly opposite South Yorkshire Police's West Bar Station House. One of the cities Premier 24 hour establishments. Really busy at weekends and during the Snooker Tournament. The building was demolished for the new Road layout. Caesars, moved to, 14 Stanley Street, The Wicker, Sheffield, S3 8HJ.


Cameo
228 Gleadless Road, Heeley, Sheffield, S2 3AF. (0114) 2553583. www.parlour.co.uk Closed around October 2015. It was once a fairly popular parlour based in Meersbrook / Heeley.


Carousel Sauna
218 Middlewood Road, Hillsborough, Sheffield, S6 1TE. (0114) 2330445. Closed in the early 90's. Was popular with fans visiting Sheffield Wednesday FC, Hillsborough Stadium. Now a Showroom for the "NuLife Window Company".


Carreras Sauna
220 Wellgate, Clifton, Rotherham, S60 2PD. (01709) 820242 Now "Shbaz Naan Bread".


CATS (C.A.T.S.)
184 Barnsley Road, Abbeyfield Park, Sheffield S4 7AF. (0114) 2561032. Flat above a Shop. 2 Rooms. A new name for what was Churchill's, after Marie, left to take over the Ambassador.


The Centurion Club
Listed in the "Sheffield Star", Sauna Section. Location unknown. Telephone number (0114) 2439838


Chinese Medicine
356 Sharrow Vale Road, Sharrow Vale, Sheffield, S11 8ZP. Single Chinese Lady with a Male maid. Genuine Massage service, but the Lady offering extra's afterwards. Site is now "Barra Organics" Greengrocers.


Churchill's Sauna
184 Barnsley Road, Abbeyfield Park, Sheffield S4 7AF. (0114) 2561032. Flat above a Shop. 2 Rooms. A Steam Room. Owned by the legendary "Marie". *WOW*.


City Sauna (Chesterfield Road)
97 - 99 Chesterfield Road, Meersbrook, Sheffield, S8 0RN. (0114) 2581103. Originally a Co-op Store. After the Saunas closure, a big fuss was made by the new owners of all the equipment that was left behind, in the Sheffield Star newspaper. Currently occupied by a Turkish Restaurant called "Cafe Des Amis". No relationship to the establishment at 160 Attercliffe Road.

After being closed for a few years, it was re-branded (after being taken over by new management) as City Sauna.


Crystal Suite
144 Neepsend Lane, Neepsend, Sheffield, S3 AU (0114) 2752977 http://www.crystalsuite.co.uk Originally a Pub. They had a Sauna, Steam Room, and Jacuzzi, and 4 Massage Rooms. Was incredibly popular, especially with football supporters visiting for a Sheffield Wednesday home games. Almost all girls were White and Local, in the 28 to 39 age range (Okay probably older, but most didn't look it ) Believed to have been closed by the Police in the big raid, over alleged trafficked foreign women. Actually there were none, but the owners were busted on dodging Tax. Closed since 2011. Unknown status for the property, but is believed to be, still owned by South Yorkshire Police, under the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002. Much missed.


Daniel House (Doncaster Parlour)
Closed for unknown reasons in March 2017.


Diamonds
Based on Queen Street, near the retail park. Fairly close to the city centre. Closed around Spring 2017, possibly due to a new gym opening near-by.


Dolly's
Short lived re-branding of Lizzy's. Closed after complaints and licensing regulation breaches due to it being too close to a new residential build.


Donald's
707A Attercliffe Road, Attercliffe, Sheffield, S9 3RE. Quickly renamed as "Athena" at same address, but now with a landline telephone number.


Doves
548 Attercliffe Road, Attercliffe, Sheffield, S9 3QP. (0114) 2611234. Previously the "Robin Hood" Public House. Now the La Chambre Swingers Club.


Elite Sauna

Elysium
160 Attercliffe Road, Norfolk Bridge, Sheffield, S4 7WZ. (0114) 2754472. The site is now "City Sauna".


Europa

Used to be based in Burngreave. This was a short-lived parlour.


Kittens Massage
67 Alderson Road, Highfield, Sheffield, S2 4UB. This was the local parlour for people attending home games of Sheffield United FC, Bramall Lane Stadium. After complaints by the new Muslim population, the business was encouraged to relocate to its current site in Attercliffe.


L'Amour

L'Amoure
651 Queens Road, Lowfield (Heeley Bottom) Sheffield S2 4DX. Access via the rear, using Alderney Road (Their is a business estate, which includes an Halfords store, near the property). It seems to have been re-branded as Diamonds.


Linly Thai Massage
271 Chesterfield Road, Meersbrook, Sheffield, S8 0RT. 0776 794 7669. Name changed yet again, for the business on this site.


Linzi's Unique
198 City Road, Norfolk Park, Sheffield, S2 5HP. Mid 90's, the first parlour to offer Oral without a Condom, and to Cum in Mouth.


Lizzy's
Closed in 2015. The venue was re-branded and refurbished by the owners of City Sauna and renamed Dolly's.


Mirage Sauna
291 Sheffield Road, Tinsley, Sheffield, S9 1RE. (0114) 2443432. It was closed due to being burnt down, and then the site was demolished, to make way for the entrance to a new Industrial Park. Not to be confused with Thai Mirage on Chesterfield Road.


Mistress Tanya's

With a Full 2 storey apartment, to play in. With different rooms offering various BDSM Fetish Fantasies. With, changing Room, Lockers, Showers, Finnish Sauna, Turkish Steam Room, Jacuzzi, Film Lounge (Showing Hardcore Films while still illegal, in the UK), TV Lounge, Pool Table, and Slot Machines. Girls were only allowed to sit around Table and Chairs of a Metal Outdoor Garden Furniture set. Manager would go nuts if they sat with Clients in the TV Lounge. Also a Drinks counter (Tea/ Coffee/ Hot Chocolate, and Cold Soft Drinks. Disposable Bic Razor and Shaving Soap could be Purchased). Payphone (order Taxi's or a Fast Food Delivery), Cigarette Machine, and a Sun Bed added later. 4 Private Massage Rooms (Colour Coded) upstairs. Pick of any of the Ladies except, Receptionist, who was usually not a Sex Worker. Up to 7 Girls on a Friday / Saturday night. Change of ownership, started a lot of problems. Would have closed in 2004 following a raid. Winston's Health Club in Leeds was also targeted as part of the same raid. The owner(s) were arrested for living off immoral earnings and some prostitutes were questioned in relation to immigration laws. It was dodging Tax, by understating income that the owner were found guilty of (How they got Al Capone). Some girls were "brought in" from Slovakia.

Selina's
60 Carwood Road, Pitsmoor, Sheffield, S4 7SD. Burnt down. (Rumoured to be, by a disgruntled local Pimp, who had lost his best Girl). Building demolished and site sold. Site is now a Storage Yard.


Starlight
