Britain's outdated Prostitution laws make it illegal for two or more escorts to work together in the same place as the person in charge is responsible for running a brothel and therefore breaking the law. A brothel is defined as any place where two or more women are available for sex - it doesn't have to be for paid sex and it doesn't have to be at the same time. The law also applies to activities like swingers parties and in the interests of equality it was extended to cover both sexes so gay saunas and massage parlours are also covered.
